Enterprise companies were managing developer certifications manually — no centralised way to handle hundreds of vouchers, track team progress, or respond to exam retake requests. I identified this gap through direct customer feedback and led the end-to-end design, build, and launch of a full B2B Team Management Platform — unlocking an enterprise channel that became the highest revenue month since the platform launched.

Enterprise clients needed a way to manage certification programmes at scale — distributing and tracking hundreds of vouchers across unlimited teams, monitoring exam results and retakes, and receiving automated notifications when developers passed or failed. Team members also needed a self-service way to request retakes directly from their Billing Manager, without manual back-and-forth.

• Gathered and synthesised enterprise customer feedback that surfaced the need for a dedicated team management tool
• Defined the full product scope: voucher management at scale (100s per org), unlimited team structures, exam progress tracking, pass/fail notifications, and retake request workflows
• Led the build of a Billing Manager role with full visibility over team certifications, voucher assignments, and exam outcomes
• Designed retake request flow allowing team members to surface requests directly to their Billing Manager
• Delivered reporting and notification system giving managers real-time visibility of where their team needed improvement
• Partnered with CEO, COO, and Product Director on pricing strategy and B2B go-to-market
• Hosted live developer events (e.g. Frontend Nation) to drive B2B pipeline and adoption

Led the full product lifecycle for Family & View Studio — a new desktop application built for Autodesk Revit users in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry. From discovery through to launch in 6 weeks, this product was shaped entirely by direct customer research and delivered by a focused two-person Revit development team.

Before a single line of code was written, I ran structured research with both existing customers and potential new users — Revit-based engineers, architects, and designers. Through surveys, usability studies, and needs-and-wants sessions, I mapped what was missing from their workflow and translated those insights directly into the product scope and UX design for Family & View Studio.
